Which data NamicGreen processes during the pilot and which boundaries apply.

Principle
NamicGreen processes reports, photos, locations and status events to document environmental dumping and support review processes. Photos provide hints; they are not used automatically as confirmation.
Data categories
- Account and contact data where needed for sign-in, follow-up questions and support.
- Report data: title, note, visibility, status, review status and timestamps.
- Photos and metadata: evidence code, roles such as overview, before and after, storage time and processing status.
- Location data: exact only after a deliberate release; approximately rounded for public_approx.
- Vision artefacts: model provenance and hints, never confirmation.
- Notifications: email address, event type and content required for delivery.
Photos containing people or number plates
Users should not photograph identifiable people, faces, number plates or private interiors. If such content appears in a pilot case, NamicGreen Ops will review before public release whether it must be obscured, rejected or deleted.
Institutional contact requests
The public form processes organisation, contact person, work email, institutional role and message to answer a possible pilot conversation. The details are retained for no more than 180 days unless a documented obligation requires otherwise. Receipt proves a contact request only; it is not a research session, acceptance, legal approval or market evidence.
Service providers
The pilot uses providers for authentication, database and storage, hosting, maps, email notifications, photo analysis and later review processes. The complete subprocessor list will be maintained in the pilot agreement and the municipal privacy package. Providers may not use raw data for advertising or their own profiles.
Deletion and export
Users can export their data from the profile and request account removal. The pilot process distinguishes private drafts, submitted reports, published reports and legal or municipal retention duties. Public environmental reports remain available as documents, but without a public profile link. Support handles exceptional cases.
No advertising, no sale of raw data
NamicGreen does not sell citizen data, exact private locations or raw photo data. Monetisation may relate only to workflows, reports, exports, integrations and auditability.
