Purpose

NamicGreen helps document environmental dumping with photos, location, visibility and review status. The application does not replace an authority order or legal assessment.

Responsibilities when reporting

• Report only your own observations or information that was legitimately provided to you.
• Do not enter private or dangerous land to take a photo.
• Avoid photographing people, number plates or private interiors wherever possible.
• Choose visibility deliberately: private, approximately public or exactly public.

Hints rather than confirmation

Automated photo analysis only displays hints. An after photo without hints does not confirm that an area has been cleared. Confirmed statements arise only through authorised human review and later through an approved trust record.

Authority and operator use

Reviewers keep internal reasons separate from messages to reporters. Decisions must be recorded with their own reasoning, actor and timestamp. Vision values may be considered but never adopted as an automatic decision.

Abuse

False reports, exposure of personal data, uploading other people's private images, bypassing roles and pay-to-confirm behaviour are prohibited. Following human review, NamicGreen Ops may hide or withdraw content, request clarification or block pilot accounts. Decisions are recorded with actor, timestamp and reasoning; evidence and verification records are not silently deleted. Affected people may request another review via til@namicgreen.io.
